Terms & Conditions

Purchasers understand that by joining the Petalworks: Monthly Floral Membership they are agreeing to the risks and rewards of floral fragility.

Royal Petals ATL will do all they can to ensure a long vase-life by:

  • preparing bouquets in the very early morning

  • making sure all harvest buckets and implements are impeccably clean, and

  • storing subscription members’ flowers in cool-storage.

Flowers are living beings, all of whom are different and who are not immune to the environment in which they find themselves.

Royal Petals ATL will advise members as to the proper handling and enjoyment of their bouquets at home, and advise that you follow the recommendations to enjoy your flowers for as long as possible. Royal Petals ATL is not responsible for the vase life of subscription members’ flowers.

Agreements

By purchasing a Petalworks membership, either for yourself or as a gift, you agree to the following terms and conditions as the purchaser:

I understand that I am purchasing flowers, not edible products. Royal Petals ATL is not liable for consumption or allergic reactions.

Payments

I understand that once I sign up and pay for my membership in full, I have secured my place for the term and will be charged at the end of every term on the same date.

Refunds will only be given in the event that the purchaser experiences an extreme extenuating circumstance such as deployment for members of the US military, deportation, or death for term subscriptions.

Cancellation

I understand that I must give at least 15 day notice prior to the end of my term in the event that I would like to cancel my membership and I must do so by calling 404.732.3259.

I understand that if I do not call the number 15 days prior to my renewal that I will be charged the subscription for another term and that the subscription is only subject to refund in the event of deployment, deportation, and death.

Membership Dates

I understand that the start of each flower subscription season begins on the day of my purchase. Membership bouquets are florist designs and based on seasonal conditions and product availability.

Pick-up and Delivery

I understand that my membership will be delivered weekly to the delivery location I select upon purchase. If I am out of town, I understand that it is my responsibility to reschedule delivery.  If I am unable to reschedule my delivery or designate an alternate delivery address, I will not receive credit or a refund for any weeks that I do not pick up. If I need to change my delivery location, I need to notify Royal Petals ATL 48 hours in advance of the requested change. 

If pick up is selected, call 404.732.3259 upon arrival. Flowers will be available for pickup on the same day of the week that membership begins.  If there is a change of pickup day, please send an email to royalpetalsatl@gmail or call 404.732.3259 to reschedule pick up.
